What are the main forces shaping the Future of Work? Futurion has now started a cooperation with the California based Institute for the Future and their 10-Year Forecast program in order to broaden our perspective on future challenges concerning the future worklife.

IFTF is an independent, non-profit research organization with a more than 45-year track record of helping all kinds of organizations make the futures they want.

The cooperation between IFTF and Futurion will be Sweden-unique and CEO Ann-Therese Enarsson hopes that it will bring new outside perspectives to the Swedish debate.
– Most of the major trends that we see today, like digitalization and urbanization, are truly global. At Futurion we think it is important to understand what kind of impact this will have on the future Swedish worklife.

The IFTF 10-Year-Forecest program, will give Futurion exclusive access to IFTF-material and also the option to take part in the IFTF Workable Future Lab.
– The cooperation with IFTF is a source of inspiration and also a chance of taking part of useful knowledge, says Ann-Therese Enarsson. Our job is to put international trends into a Swedish context. Everything we do need to be relevant in the Swedish debate.

Sean Ness, Business Development Director, IFTF:
– We’re very excited to welcome Futurion as a member of the Ten-Year-Forecast at IFTF, to join and enhance our global network of partner organizations working to navigate the urgent dilemmas and opportunities of the next decade. Futurion brings a uniquely Swedish perspective to our futures thinking work, and we look forward to collaborating with them to identify and pursue preferred futures that work for all of us.
